This page explains how KZE Organic Beauty handles returns, exchanges and refunds for skincare orders placed through our website.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we may no longer be able to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and returned in its original packaging.

Items that are not eligible for return

For hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons, some items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or sent in error.

  • opened or used personal care products;
  • gift cards;
  • items damaged after delivery for reasons not caused by our error;
  • products returned without proof of purchase where we cannot verify the order.

Return conditions

Please do not send purchases back to the manufacturer. Returns should be sent to KZE Organic Beauty directly.

We may offer only a partial refund in certain situations, including:

  • the item is not in its original condition;
  • the item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
  • the item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you by email to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, please first check your bank account and then contact your card provider or bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be eligible for refund. Sale items are generally non-refundable unless faulty or not as described.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email info@kzeorganicbeauty.co.uk before returning it.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit may be issued once the returned item is received and approved.

If the order was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, any refund will be returned to the original purchaser.

Return shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or sent in error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and where applicable, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning a higher-value order, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
